Limited / UDL Express services and all operations incidental to provision of services.
We may collect non-personally identifiable information such as Browser and device data, App usage data, Data collected through cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies. Demographic and other data provided by you that does not reveal your specific identity. Data that has been aggregated in a manner such that it no longer reveals your specific identity.
We and our service providers may collect Other Data in a variety of ways, including but limited through your browser or device, you download and use an App. We and our service providers may track and collect App usage data, such as the date and time the App on your device accesses our servers and what data and files have been downloaded to the App based on your device number.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

User Account Information that we collect from you is retained for a period of time after our relationship with you ends. At any time you intended to discontinue the use of our services (UDL Express App & related services), you may request for account removal / deletion by sending us an email mentioning Customer Code / Username to support@udlexpress.com with “Request for Account Removal / Deletion” in subject line, so that we can properly identify you and process your opt-out request after necessary verification. Please note that a reasonable period of time will be required to process your request after UDL Express receives it.
Once the request has been processed, your user account / display profile information will be deleted from the UDL Express database & you shall no longer be able to use our service until you opt-out to register again with UDL Express services. Please be aware that we may retain other information including, but not limited to your orders bookings & associated details as per regulatory requirements.
